As a Google employee, you're entitled to a corporate subscription, offering discounted rates and exclusive benefits. All corporate subscriptions automatically include the Cover+ plan, providing comprehensive coverage and additional perks. Here's what you can expect with your plan:

• Repairs Coverage: Receive coverage for repairs up to $100, providing financial protection against unexpected issues.
• Lower Deductible: Benefit from a reduced deductible of $300 compared to the Basic plan, minimizing out-of-pocket expenses for repairs.
• Deposit Waiver: Skip the $150 deposit requirement, saving you money upfront.
• No Cancellation Fee: Avoid the cancellation fee, providing flexibility in managing your subscription.
• Free Bike Swap: Upgrade your bike hassle-free with a free bike swap option.
• Priority Appointment Scheduling: Enjoy priority scheduling for appointments, ensuring prompt service.
• Extended Subscription Pause: Pause your subscription for up to three months, if you don't plan on riding for a while.
• Manufacturer Warranty: Benefit from the manufacturer warranty, providing additional peace of mind.
• Purchase Option: Option to purchase the bike after 18 monthly payments. Please note that the purchase price is determined on a case by case basis and depends on various factors such as age and condition etc.
  Purchase options are not eligible for reimbursement by your employer, and all associated costs must be borne by the rider.

1. Get approved for Google reimbursement
Confirm your program eligibility with the E-Bike Scoot admins. Upon meeting the requirements, you can receive reimbursement based on the terms below. If you are not eligible, you are more than welcome to still subscribe with us:

For employees based in eligible SF Bay Area Google will reimburse employees fully for their first month; and successively up to $5 per trip to the office (you can earn a total of $10 for a trip to and from the office daily).

For example:
First month free - For month 1, Google will reimburse the full amount of your subscription.
Potentially** earn a $200 reimbursement - for month 2 onwards, if a rider commutes everyday (20 times per month), they will earn $200/mo toward their subscription

**Subsidy reimbursement limited to the total monthly subscription cost for your vehicle.

For employees based in Seattle Area Google will reimburse*
employees fully for their first month; and successively to up to $2.5 per trip to the office plus $7 per day you don’t commute via a car. So the total daily amount an employee can get reimbursed for is $12 per day

For Example:
First month free - For month 1, Google will reimburse the full amount of your subscription.
Potentially earn a $240 reimbursement** - for month 2 onwards, If a rider commutes everyday 20 times per month, and each ride replaces a car trip, they will earn $240 ($12 x 20) toward their subscription

Once you've signed up, your e-bike will be ready for pick-up at your local Rybit hub immediately. We encourage riders to pick up their bike within 7 days of placing the order to ensure prompt service and availability.

You have the flexibility to opt for either a 1-month or 12-month minimum commitment. If you choose the 12-month option, after the initial year, the subscription transitions to a month-to-month arrangement, providing added convenience and flexibility.

Following this initial period, you have the flexibility to cancel your subscription on a monthly basis with no penalty, or opt to upgrade to a new model.

Yes, we can ship the e-bike directly to you upon request. This service is included in our Cover+ plan. However, please note that the cost for shipping is $600, which accounts for additional handling and logistics expenses.
E-bikes are heavy and full of cutting-edge tech, and to ensure they arrive safely, we take all necessary precautions.

Please note that the delivery is not eligible for reimbursement from your employer.

For now, it's important that all riders can benefit from our service hubs, making it essential to sign up within our service area. However, we're actively working on expanding through certified partners.
